  • Telephone and email contacts are required for communication during the arrangement and purchase process. Following your confirmation and booking, should there be cases of schedule changes, disrupted travel, or emergency you would want this contact.

  • Mailing address is required to complete the contract and send proof of purchase to you.

    Chinaspree.com collects personal information that is specifically and voluntarily provided when you submit the reservation/request form on our website or by telephoning our office to make a reservation.

    We collect basic information such as personal profile, contact information and special request to facilitate your reservation with airlines, cruise companies, hotels and local travel operators. This information is only shared with the end suppliers providing your vacation package.

    Our online reservation system is protected by industry-standard encryption. Credit card details will not be requested online nor over the telephone during preliminary contact. Only at the stage of securing/completing a reservation, will credit card details and the billing address be required. This is required for settlement and purchases. The transfer of this data will be by fax to a dedicated line only accessible to our authorized personnel. Your credit card information is for internal use only and will not be shared with any third party.

Your basic information such as name, phone and fax number, Email address, and mailing address can only be accessed by those employees who have a business reason to use it. The access to your credit card details and your personal address is strictly limited to the agent assisting you with the reservation and authorized accounting officer.
